QA Specialist

Requirements

• Strong QA analytical skills and experience of web application validation
• Have experience with source control versioning systems (e.g., Git)
• Basic understanding of relational databases (e.g., MS SQL)
• Ability to work independently and complete complex projects with little direction in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, and excellent oral & written communications skills
• A healthy sense of humor and egoless approach to working with others. Strong communication skills are crucial for this remote position

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications; write, refine, and execute test plans and procedures for our dealership platform and individual dealer sites
• Make recommendations on acceptable risks in the application
• Assist support tickets and document defects, narrowing issues down to core problems
• Communicate effectively with a distributed team, raising issues and concerns promptly
• Perform other duties as requested

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with automation testing is a plus
