Salesforce QA Specialist in Philippines

Summary

Thunder is expanding and seeking a dedicated Salesforce QA Specialist with substantial experience in Salesforce environments to ensure the integrity, reliability, and performance of Salesforce applications. This remote position requires availability during US time zones.

Requirements

• Proven experience in QA testing within Salesforce environments
• Familiarity with one or more Salesforce Cloud areas (Sales, Service, Marketing, Revenue/CPQ)
• At minimum, one active Salesforce Certification, preferably Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and best practices
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools
• Ability to work flexible hours to align with US time zones as required by project work
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures for Salesforce applications
• Work closely with Salesforce Developers and Administrators to identify and troubleshoot issues
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure functionality, performance, and security of Salesforce applications
• Manage QA environments, including setup, configuration, and maintenance
• Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers
• Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems
• Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
