Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team, ensuring high performance and skill development
• Plan, execute, and coordinate test strategies for product releases
• Review and improve testing procedures to ensure product quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Development, Product) to address quality concerns and ensure product standards
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards
• Identify and report defects, track issues, and ensure proper resolution
• Maintain test documentation and ensure it’s up-to-date

Experience with automated testing tools and processes is a plus
