Requirements

  • Have 3-6 years of experience in a software testing role for a large application
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide project/application testing criteria in a complex IT environment
  • Have experience building test scenarios from little documentation
  • Have the ability to lead and facilitate testing meetings
  • Effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently
  • Have experience working in a matrixed organization

Responsibilities

  • Be involved in test planning, test case development, test execution, and defect management
  • Assist in the development of new enterprise testing standards and processes
  • Assist in defining Entrance/Exit criteria for each testing phase
  • Identify test cases for regression testing suite
  • Identify test cases for automation testing suite
  • Work with developers, end users, and analysts to ensure proper test coverage
  • Review requirement specifications and develop test cases
  • Review test results with the project team
  • Participate and represent NM's QA/Testing team at external forums and conferences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other degree with significant related IT experience
  • Have software testing training (SQE, ISTQB, etc.)
  • Have experience with Epic
  • Have employment in Healthcare in some capacity
  • Have experience with testing tools - Experience with test automation tools
  • Have experience with programming languages and platforms (.Net, Java, C/C++)
