Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL
  • 1+ yrs of experience in Automation testing

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior test engineers in designing and creating test plans
  • Learn and begin to develop basic automation scripts for test cases using tools like Selenium
  • Execute test cases using existing automation frameworks and tools
  • Analyze test results and identify potential defects
  • Document and track issues using JIRA
  • Support regression testing during pre-release cycles
  • Interact with product and development teams to understand project requirements and testing objectives
