Requirements
- 3 years of hands-on industry experience in QA testing, with a focus on manual testing
- Strong understanding of testing types and their differences
- Strong knowledge of test design techniques
- Ability to estimate QA activities
- Proficiency in Java
- Strong understanding of SDLC
- Understanding of CI/CD
- Experience with JUnit, Selenide, Rest Assured
- Experience with the microservice architecture and asynchronous processing
- Excited to collaborate with our internal customer support teams
- Ability to work within Β±2 hours of the CET timezone
- Excellent bug identification skills in both UI and API/backend scenarios
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
- Team player mentality, ready to wear multiple hats in our startup environment
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support existing automated test suites
- Create and execute comprehensive test cases
- Perform extensive manual testing as needed to identify both positive and negative scenarios
- Work closely with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Identify, report, and track bugs throughout the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with other teams to improve decision-making and drive product development
- Communicate results and ideas to key decision-makers
- Experiment with different testing tools and technologies
- Evaluate new QA approaches for the business
- Assist in maintaining the integrity of our stream processing platform
- Support the development of our compliance monitoring solutions
- Working closely with the product team for feature scoping and requirementsβ refinement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MongoDB querying is a plus
- Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce, Zendesk is a huge advantage
