Summary

Join Epsilon3, a revolutionary multi-product operations management platform, as a Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer. This remote, US-based role offers the chance to contribute to the development of scalable, reliable software for space exploration. You will be responsible for testing and certifying web-based dashboards and tools, building automated tests, participating in customer calls, and enhancing software systems. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of QA experience, a strong understanding of SDLC and CI/CD, and experience with automation frameworks. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and US citizenship are required. Requirements

  • 2+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and CI/CD workflow
  • Experience with Automation Frameworks/Testing, Integration Testing, Continuous Integration, and Test Design
  • Experience with test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging
  • Familiarity with TestRail, Testmo, Qase, X-Ray, or similar TCMS
  • Strong foundation in computer science concepts (algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming, design, testing, etc.)
  • Self-starter and able to navigate ambiguity and assess rapidly evolving priorities
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills and collaborative work ethic
  • Love of learning (technical and otherwise)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • US Citizenship required (future security clearance may be required)
  • Must be located in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Test and certify our web-based operational dashboards, electronic procedure tools, and suite of specialized software solutions to support various space missions
  • Build manual and automated tests
  • Organize and run recurring regression, security, design, and accessibility testing
  • Join and actively participate in customer discovery calls and technical demonstrations
  • Analyze and enhance the efficiency, stability, and scalability of software systems
  • Oversee software QA and user testing
  • Sign off on new releases and deployments
  • Assess third-party and open-source software and develop integrations
  • Contribute to the growth and refinement of our engineering culture, processes, and tools
