Quality Assurance Specialist

Summary

Join Neighbor's Community team as a Quality Assurance Specialist and play a key role in our expansion across the U.S.! This part-time (10-20 hours/week) remote opportunity, based in Utah, involves reviewing and approving new listings, optimizing listing elements, confirming host ownership, resolving listing issues via email, and archiving unavailable listings. Weekend work is required. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

• Review and approve listings from hosts and our sales team
• Optimize listings elements, including pictures, descriptions, and user profiles
• Review and confirm host ownership
• Accept and edit listing recommendations made by the host sales team
• Resolve inbound listing issues via email
• Archive unavailable listings

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to read and understand legal documents such as lease agreements, warranty deeds, titles, etc
