Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with an unwavering commitment to accuracy
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in using MS Office suite, especially Word and Excel, and familiarity with document management systems
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and validate documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring adherence to company policy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Identify, track, and resolve discrepancies in documents
• Collaborate with various departments to improve document quality and consistency
• Provide regular reports on the status of document review activities, including any potential issues or risks identified
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies related to document management
• Participate in audits and inspections, as required
• Stay current with updates to regulatory standards and industry best practices
