Summary
Join our team as a Remote Quality Control (QC) Specialist! You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity by reviewing photos, ensuring data quality, and verifying compliance. This role requires strong attention to detail, data management skills, and proficiency in various software. You will work independently, managing your own schedule, and reporting key performance indicators. The position offers flexible hours and a variable workload, with payment handled directly by the client. Client interaction and schedule alignment are key aspects of this role.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality control, data management, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
- Comfortable working with online forms, data uploads, and scheduling tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, variable schedule
- Knowledge of KPIs and ability to report data in a clear, actionable format
- Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of photos submitted by technicians, ensuring they meet company standards and accurately reflect the required tasks
- Perform in-depth quality checks on work completed by technicians, ensuring all activities adhere to quality guidelines and project requirements
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of forms used for quality control, ensuring they are accurate and aligned with company needs
- Upload and manage data into internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Verify technician schedules and ensure that appointments are aligned with client expectations and service delivery standards
- Monitor technician availability and ensure that technicians are on-site as per schedule, addressing any discrepancies as necessary
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality control, including technician performance, photo quality, and overall service metrics
- Generate and distribute regular reports on quality control activities, highlighting trends, challenges, and areas for improvement
- Communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently
