Summary

Requirements
- Mindset: Agile Methodologies: Extensive experience working within agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative development (shift left testing)
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) roles, with a focus on software testing and quality delivery
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of APIs and SQL, with hands-on experience in writing and executing API tests and performing complex data validation
- Functional Analysis: Proven experience as a functional analyst or in defining tasks and test cases
- Location: Argentina
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers and technical leads to interpret business needs, translating them into clear, actionable tasks and test cases
- Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including functional, integration, and regression testing, to ensure software meets the defined requirements
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for test cases, test plans, and testing procedures, ensuring transparency and traceability throughout the testing process
- Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements
- Manage and track tasks, bugs, and test cases using JIRA, ensuring clear communication, proper prioritization, and timely resolution of issues
- Analyze testing outcomes, including API and SQL test results, generate reports, and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
- Performance Testing: Knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools, with experience in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks
- QA Automation: Experience with QA automation tools and frameworks, with the ability to design and implement automated test scripts
