Quality Specialist

Summary

CSA is seeking a Quality Specialist to ensure compliance with ISO and CMMI standards and manage the QMS. This remote position requires a bachelor's degree in business or related field and 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Defense Industry.

Requirements

• Clearance: Eligible to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance
• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• 4 years of relevant experience in project management or quality management, preferably within the Defense Industry, can be substituted for a degree
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience as a participant, lead, or coordinator in Audit related activities
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001
• Foundational awareness information security within systems, devices and corresponding frameworks that pertain to safeguarding classified and proprietary information
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy, organization, and strong attention to detail
• Strong desire to understand, document and improve processes from inception to completion

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure continuous improvement in Quality Management practices and support project delivery across the full range of corporate capabilities
