Requirements
- Bachelor/Masterβs degree with a quantitative background (e.g. Statistics, Math, Analytics, Economics, Operations Research)
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to identify business problems and profitability drivers; gather and analyze data to pierce through ambiguity; then go from ideation and analysis to implementing the solution and reporting on its impact
- Experience with designing and implementing A/B tests. Good understanding of hypothesis testing and statistical significance
- SQL, R or Python data analysis skills; Advanced Excel; Tableau a plus
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth in lifecycle marketing channels through segmentation, messaging, and list targeting strategies
- Present marketing channel performance and ad-hoc analysis, to audiences from technical analysts to executive leader levels
- Build and maintain data pipelines, and work with the marketing operations team to execute marketing campaigns
- Distill what makes marketing content perform well, and work with the design and copywriting teams to ensure content is relevant to our audience
Preferred Qualifications
Prior lending (banking/fintech) or marketing agency experience is a plus
