Join Xometry, a NASDAQ-listed company, as a Marketing Data Analyst to contribute to our pay-for-performance advertising model transition. You will bridge Marketing, Sales, Yield, and Product teams, translating complex data into actionable insights. Key responsibilities include developing attribution models, analyzing marketing metrics, building data pipelines in Snowflake, collaborating with other teams, supporting marketing experiments, and optimizing marketing spend. This role requires 4-5+ years of marketing analytics or data analysis experience, a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Master's preferred), strong experience with marketing data platforms, proficiency in SQL and Python, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will also possess experience with manufacturing suppliers and buyers, ad servers, and Git. The position is remote.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data analysis, preferably in a marketplace, B2B SaaS, or AdTech environment
- Bachelor’s in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering). Master’s degree preferred
- Strong experience with marketing data across platforms like Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Iterable, preferred
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience building or maintaining data pipelines, including experience with Snowflake, DTB, Estuary, Airflow, or similar technologies
- Knowledge of and/or hands on experience analyzing lead funnels, marketing attribution models, and campaign analytics
- Experience working with data visualization tools, specifically Looker
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-starter mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Develop attribution models and funnel reporting across paid and organic channels to understand lead generation and marketing campaign ROI based on short and long term outcomes
- Build, track, and analyze key marketing metrics like site impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend to assess the effectiveness of campaigns
- Build and maintain data pipelines in Snowflake that integrate data from Salesforce, Hubspot, Iterable and other key platforms to support lead funnel reporting and analytics
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to understand how marketing influences and impacts sales and product strategy
- Support marketing experiments by designing tests, measuring impact, and identifying statistically significant trends
- Translate data insights into strategy to optimize and prioritize marketing spend
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with manufacturing suppliers and buyers
- Experience working with data from ad servers and/or ad configuration platforms, such as Kevel or Placements.io
- Experience with Git or other version control systems for managing analytic code
