Quoting Team Representative

Summary

Join KnowBe4's Quoting Team as a Representative to ensure efficient, high-quality quote delivery for direct and partner opportunities. Support Account Executives and Account Managers by promptly quoting and routing opportunities. Generate and send quotes to partners, create AWS Marketplace offers, and handle post-sale administration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain positive team culture, and log quoting statistics. This fast-paced role requires strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills. The position reports to the Team Lead, Deal Operations & Global Quoting.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred
• Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and time management skills
• Ability to own extreme ownership principles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong collaborative and team work abilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate and competitive quotes
• Manage incoming requests for quotes from sales teams to provide accurate quotes to Channel Partners
• Create and send appropriate quotes to Channel Partners for each opportunity
• Create Private Offer/Selling Authorization contracts via AWS Marketplace Portal
• Execute post-sale admin and order routing forms
• Contribute to positive team culture promoting collaboration and customer-centricity
• Cross-train and help support Global quoting
• Log and monitor Quoting and Deal Routing Statistics on a daily basis
• Collaborate closely with Order Management and Business Development teams to ensure created quotes align with cross-functional policies and best practices
• Provide excellent customer service to sales teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
• Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
• Experience with AWS Marketplace, a plus
