Requirements

• Minimum B.S. in biomedical engineering, chemistry or other related fields
• Minimum 2 years of work in research or related industry
• Strong ability in wet lab related laboratory techniques and testing procedures
• Experience with handling biological specimens in a BSL-2 laboratory
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members on various research and development projects
• Conduct wet lab experiments, including pipetting, working in biosafety cabinets, and utilizing various laboratory tools and equipment for accurate data collection
• Apply your knowledge of electrochemistry to perform hands-on characterization of electrodes, utilizing advanced techniques to assess performance and reliability
• Maintain meticulous records, including laboratory notebooks, equipment logs, and test run logs, ensuring all data is properly documented and organized
• Analyze data generated from experiments using numerical and statistical methods and provide thoughtful interpretations to guide project decisions
• Gain and apply expertise in the assembly methods and processes for device and test card development
• Perform other duties as requested to support the laboratory’s goals and objectives
