You will support the execution of R&D initiatives, coordinate operating rhythms, assist in resource planning, maintain and enhance the Product Development Lifecycle, and contribute to enterprise planning. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, operational efficiency expertise, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in operating roles, preferably engineering operations, and a strong understanding of business operations, strategy, and R&D processes. Requirements
- 5+ years in operating roles, preferably engineering operations roles
- Strong understanding of business operations, strategy, and R&D processes
- Ability to align R&D initiatives with broader company objectives
- Experience with R&D planning and portfolio management tools
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and streamline processes in the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC)
- Experience implementing operational improvements and efficiency strategies
- Strong problem-solving mindset to address challenges in enterprise planning and execution

Responsibilities
- Support the execution of R&D initiatives to align with business priorities, ensuring successful delivery of key objectives
- Coordinate and facilitate operating rhythms for the R&D organization by working closely with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
- Assist in resource planning efforts by collaborating with R&D leaders and HR partners to support hiring strategies, location planning, and skills assessments that align with business outcomes
- Maintain and enhance the Product Development Lifecycle, identifying and addressing bottlenecks, improving communication, and optimizing workflows to improve efficiency
- Contribute to the enterprise planning process, supporting alignment and coordination across various functions within and outside of R&D
- Utilize data-driven frameworks to support decision-making for internal operations and product-related strategies in collaboration with analytics teams
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and Agile methodologies
