You will support the execution of R&D initiatives, coordinate operating rhythms, assist in resource planning, maintain and enhance the Product Development Lifecycle, and contribute to enterprise planning. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in operating roles, preferably engineering operations, and a strong understanding of business operations, strategy, and R&D processes. Requirements

• 5+ years in operating roles, preferably engineering operations roles
• Strong understanding of business operations, strategy, and R&D processes
• Ability to align R&D initiatives with broader company objectives
• Experience with R&D planning and portfolio management tools
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and streamline processes in the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC)
• Experience implementing operational improvements and efficiency strategies
• Strong problem-solving mindset to address challenges in enterprise planning and execution

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of R&D initiatives to align with business priorities, ensuring successful delivery of key objectives
• Coordinate and facilitate operating rhythms for the R&D organization by working closely with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
• Assist in resource planning efforts by collaborating with R&D leaders and HR partners to support hiring strategies, location planning, and skills assessments that align with business outcomes
• Maintain and enhance the Product Development Lifecycle, identifying and addressing bottlenecks, improving communication, and optimizing workflows to improve efficiency
• Contribute to the enterprise planning process, supporting alignment and coordination across various functions within and outside of R&D
• Utilize data-driven frameworks to support decision-making for internal operations and product-related strategies in collaboration with analytics teams

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and Agile methodologies
