Summary

The job is for a Scout role at Roam, a NYC-based technology company that aims to transform real estate transactions. Requirements

• Licensed Real Estate Agent
• BDR / SDR in high growth tech company
• Demonstrable success leading initiatives, establishing and achieving goals, and succeeding in a team environment
• Google Sheets proficient
• Drive - You’re willing to do what it takes to get a market off the ground

Responsibilities

• Manage workflows to keep launch projects on track from beginning to end to build a successful business foundation
• Strategize and consistently innovate and execute unique strategies for agent, buyer, and seller operations in our top priority markets
• Experiment using data-driven decision making and sound business judgment to run tests on everything from seller validation to agent recruitment in new markets
• Build new business by exploring growth opportunities with new and current partners for the Roam’s partner programs
• Influence cross-functionally with our Operations, Product, Engineering, Business Operations, Sales, BD, and Marketing teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve new market opportunities
