- Record detailed notes in the CRM system after each call, documenting important information, actions taken, and follow-up tasks
- Schedule follow-up calls or actions for leads as necessary to ensure smooth communication and relationship-building
- Research and identify potential cash buyers for properties, and maintain a growing list of qualified buyers
- Engage with cash buyers to gather specific buying preferences and criteria (e.g., property type, location, price range) to better match deals with their needs
- Provide regular reports on call metrics, lead status, and progress toward building the cash buyers list
