Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a real estate assistant or similar role
• Familiarity with real estate processes, terminology, and tools (e.g., MLS, CRM systems, Zapier, Go High Level)
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• A high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate appointments, showings, and open houses
• Draft and prepare real estate documents such as contracts and agreements
• Organize and update property listings on various real estate platforms
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases
• Conduct market research and provide insights into current real estate trends
• Prepare Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports for clients
• Respond to inquiries from clients, providing timely and accurate information
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Assist with social media management and content creation
• Edit videos and create marketing materials to boost client engagement
• Conduct cold calls to potential clients and assist in lead generation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with social media management for real estate is a plus
