Requirements
- 3+ experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Teams
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Answering and directing phone calls, directing them to team members or taking details
- Capturing client/Candidate details in CRM or HR systems
- Managing incoming and outgoing central email
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments for team and clients (including candidate interviews)
- Providing administrative support to various departments as needed
- Ability to do follow-ups with team and external contacts when needed
- Organising and coordinating office events and any online order required for the team
- Assisting with general office duties and projects as assigned
