Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients on the virtual reception console, the website or by email
  • Answer incoming calls from the call center courteously and politely, note telephone messages and determine clients' and colleagues' needs in order to take appropriate actions
  • Act as technical support for clients and colleagues (address their needs and inform them of the services offered by the enterprise)
  • Act as a liaison between clients and Project Managers
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Assist in daily operations for enterprise effectiveness
  • Manage and update documents
  • Carry out any other tasks considered pertinent by the Director of Operations or the Coordinator of Humans Resources within the range of the post-holder's skills
