Recovery & Monitoring Intern

Summary

The job is for a legal assistant at Funding Societies | Modalku, a leading SME digital financing platform in Southeast Asia. The role involves preparing various types of litigation documents, executing or negotiating legal documents, liaising with courts and governmental authorities, updating new legislation, and working with sales, business operation teams, and external relevant parties.

Requirements

• Final year or post graduated at University (Major in Law, Business Law)
• Having some knowledge of the different type of corporate documents
• Good work attitude, high sense of responsibility
• Honest, hard working
• Good in general English and legal English (4 skills)

Responsibilities

• Support to prepare various types of litigation, law enforcement documents including requests of payment, petitions, request for open bankruptcy procedure, and other relevant documents
• Assist in the execution process or negotiation process of legal documents/in the notary process of documents
• Liaise and work with the Court, Arbitrator, and governmental authorities as assigned by line managers
• Assist line managers in updating new legislation for the team
• Assist line managers in working with each of sales, business operation team and external relevant parties

Benefits

• Gross 4,5mil/ month allowance
• Working time: from Mon- Fri, 9am-6pm
