Requirements

  • 2+ years of Recruitment Experience in Accounting/Finance roles
  • Prior experience in accounting or finance (e.g., accountant, auditor, finance associate)
  • Proven success in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for accounting and finance roles
  • Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various channels
  • Review resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidatesโ€™ technical accounting abilities
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide guidance on role requirements and market trends
  • Maintain an active pipeline of accounting talent for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
