Responsibilities
- Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal tools
- Craft and send engaging outreach messages to potential candidates
- Manage and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Schedule and occasionally participate in introductory calls with candidates
- Learn best practices in talent acquisition and candidate experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or other sourcing tools (not required)
- Previous internship or part-time work in HR, recruiting, or customer service
