Summary

Join Method, a global design and engineering consultancy, as a Technical Recruiter to spearhead talent acquisition in international markets, focusing initially on Mexico. This individual contributor role involves full-cycle recruitment for various positions, from engineers to designers. You will partner with hiring managers, source diverse talent, conduct interviews, and manage the candidate journey. You will also proactively engage passive candidates, refine recruitment processes for the Mexican market, and champion diversity and inclusion initiatives. Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant technical recruiting experience
  • Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape in talent acquisition
  • Experience with recruitment automation tools and technology to streamline processes

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of best practices in promoting diversity and inclusion within recruitment processes
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
  • Strong proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment for all roles based in Mexico. This includes partnering with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing diverse talent pools, conducting initial interviews, and managing the candidate journey through to offer
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and a strong advocate for Method for all candidates in the Mexico hiring process, ensuring an exceptional and culturally attuned candidate experience
  • Proactively research, identify, and engage passive candidates in Mexico through innovative sourcing techniques, networking, and building relationships within the local tech and design communities
  • Collaborate closely with US-based recruitment leadership and global stakeholders to ensure the recruitment pipeline in Mexico meets current and future business needs
  • Establish and refine recruitment processes and best practices specifically for the Mexican market, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within all recruitment activities for Mexico, actively working to build diverse candidate slates and foster an inclusive hiring culture

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting in Mexico or other Latin American markets
  • Business proficiency in Spanish
