Requirements
- History of using consultative selling to drive results and hit metrics; this includes marketing strategies, sales results, and delivering value to all prospective talent
- Strong communication skills to be able to negotiate and persuade different types of people
- Have creative problem-solving skills to find answers and create the outcomes needed in a fast-paced environment
- An attitude to succeed Β and be resilient in all types of situations
- Being able to work independently and time-manage your work weeks
- A drive to have a career in healthcare and keep up with the ever-changing landscape
- An upbeat, positive, and fun personality to create an excellent team environment
Responsibilities
- Source healthcare professionals through a high volume of outreach through different outlets such as phone, text, email, job sites, and social media platforms
- Use a consultative selling approach to recruit, coach, staff, develop, mentor, and engage different types of healthcare providers and gain a trusting partnership
- Build value with the talent to partner with Supplemental Health Care and deliver high-quality experiences for our health care providers while upholding the reputation of going above and beyond
- Exceed metrics and target goals to grow revenue through Supplemental Health Care
- Negotiate salary and benefits for each applicant in line with SHCβs financial objectives while complying with industry procedures and state/federal laws
- Other duties as assigned
