As a Team Lead – IT Recruiter, you will lead and mentor a team, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, improve recruitment processes, source candidates using advanced techniques, prepare candidate shortlists, manage pipelines using ATS tools, ensure client expectations are met, collaborate with leadership to define hiring priorities, work with the People Care team, monitor recruitment KPIs, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. This fully remote role requires you to be based in Buenos Aires for quarterly in-person meetups. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced studies in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment within the IT and tech staffing industry
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring a recruiter (formal or informal leadership accepted)
  • Proven ability to design and improve recruiting processes that enhance speed and candidate experience
  • Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms
  • Solid experience working with ATS tools such as Greenhouse or similar systems
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Spanish
  • Organized, methodical, and proactive approach to daily tasks
  • Passion for learning and a strong sense of ownership
  • Must be based in Buenos Aires (city or province) – the role is fully remote, but location is required for alignment and quarterly in-person meetups

Responsibilities

  • Lead & mentor 1 IT Recruiter, providing day-to-day guidance and professional development support
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management across a wide range of IT and digital roles
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, optimizing workflows, tools, and candidate experience
  • Source candidates using advanced techniques via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, niche platforms, and creative outreach strategies
  • Prepare candidate shortlists, manage pipelines using ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse), and deliver resumes to clients in agreed-upon formats, ensuring clarity and quality
  • Ensure client expectations are met in a timely manner, especially regarding staffing deadlines and candidate readiness
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, and Head of Growth to define hiring priorities, align on candidate profiles, and forecast future talent needs
  • Work hand-in-hand with the People Care team to ensure alignment between recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, pipeline quality, conversion rates) and transform insights into action
  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen employer branding and Moovx’s visibility within the tech talent ecosystem
