Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Recruitment, HR, or similar role
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, HR, or equivalent experience
  • Interested in working in a fast-paced startup, wearing many hats and juggling competing priorities
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems, including reporting and day-to-day management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and participating in the candidate selection process
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and best practices
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing team members
  • Help plan and execute company events, from team-building activities to annual celebrations
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related to benefits, policies, and general HR inquiries
  • Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring accurate and compliant data management
