You will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring the team meets performance targets and client expectations. This role requires strong leadership, team management, and expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring healthcare professionals. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in recruiting for US healthcare roles, including familiarity with industry-specific requirements and certifications
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare systems, including regulatory and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Device (Desktop or Laptop)
- Windows Devices : Intel Core i5 (or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 (or higher)
- Mac Devices : Apple M1 chip or newer
- Minimum of 8GB or higher RAM for optimal performance
- Windows : Windows 11 Pro (Windows 10 Pro is acceptable but not preferred). The operating system must have a legitimate license
- Mac : macOS compatible with M1 or newer chips
- At least an SSD Hard Disk for faster processing and performance
- Minimum speed of 50 Mbps Internet Connectivity via a wired connection for stability and reliability
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment specialists, ensuring they meet performance targets and recruitment goals
- Provide coaching, training, and continuous support to enhance team members' skills and professional development
- Monitor daily and monthly team performance, ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent for US-based clients
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and align recruitment processes accordingly
- Optimize recruitment workflows and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee the sourcing, screening, and selection process for healthcare roles, including Prior Authorization Specialists, Medical Billers, Coders, and other related positions
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications to ensure they meet client expectations
- Manage job postings, resume databases, and recruitment platforms to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Act as a liaison between the recruitment team, the recruitment manager, and other internal managers, providing updates on hiring progress and addressing concerns or changes in requirements
- Participate in client meetings to discuss recruitment strategies, performance metrics, and candidate feedback
- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to compliance standards, including HIPAA and other relevant regulations
- Conduct quality checks on candidate profiles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs
- Address any process issues and implement corrective actions to maintain high recruitment standards
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, team performance, and hiring outcomes
- Analyze recruitment trends and data to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for roles such as Medical Coders, Billers, Prior Authorization Specialists, and other healthcare-related positions
- Familiarity with remote recruitment processes and international hiring for US-based clients
- Demonstrates proactivity and strong teamwork skills, exhibits patience, and maintains a positive and professional character
- A backup internet connection is highly recommended
- A backup power supply (e.g., UPS or generator) to prevent disruptions during power outages (optional but encouraged)
