Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize existing affiliate programs to ensure maximum performance and efficiency
• Launch new affiliate programs, expanding the affiliate network and reaching new partners
• Collaborate internally with the data team to monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics
• Deliver performance analysis and insights to affiliate account managers to inform strategic decisions
• Set up and implement operational strategies for effective affiliate management, aligning with overall business goals
• Provide regular updates and reports on affiliate program performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Organize and coordinate feedback from affiliates regarding campaigns and products, evaluate potential optimizations, and execute necessary changes
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the affiliate marketing space and adjust strategies accordingly
