Summary

The Content Marketing Specialist will manage affiliate and organic traffic, content marketing operations, and own the external resource library at PEX. They will collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and target audience needs. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, 2-4 years of experience in content marketing within the fintech, SaaS, or financial services industry, strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, proficiency in SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS), and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in content marketing, within the fintech, SaaS, or financial services industry
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience with the following platforms: WordPress, Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, PowerBi
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage PEXโ€™s placement on affiliate and referral websites; such as G2, Capterra, Trust Pilot, and more
  • Own PEXโ€™s organic and affiliate channels. Work to continuously optimize for SEO, web-traffic, and conversions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and target audience needs
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify content opportunities and trends within the fintech/payments industry
  • Create and manage a content calendar that includes blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, social media content, email campaigns, and more
  • Produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content that resonates with our audience, including blog posts, thought leadership articles, and more
  • Develop and execute content distribution strategies across multiple channels, including social media, emails, newsletters, and affiliate websites
