Regional Account Executive

Summary
Join SOCRadar's North America Sales Team as an Account Executive and contribute to our continued rapid growth. You will be responsible for achieving a sales quota by selling to mid-market and enterprise cybersecurity decision-makers. Daily tasks involve engaging with freemium users, conducting discovery calls, collaborating with Sales Engineering on demos, and closing deals. You will need to develop a strong understanding of SOCRadar's platform and products to effectively address customer needs. This role requires close coordination with other sales team members and maintaining CRM accuracy. Requirements
- Expertise in managing sales opportunities from prospect to closure
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive in the cybersecurity space
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
- Capability to present technical information to a variety of audiences
- Demonstrated ability to forecast and manage information using a CRM (e.g. Sales Force, Hubspot,)
- Extensive contacts in the information security and/or security operations fields
- Hands-on experience in selling information security services
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks to successful completion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed organization
Responsibilities
- Outbound sales processes
- Finding new customers and maintain existing customer relationships
- Performing daily tasks to expand the customer portfolio to relevant segments
- Fast responses to prospects who contact SOCRadar via our website, events, webinars, and other sources
- Qualifying leads into opportunities
- Understanding SOCRadar products to a level that enables the effective articulation of functions and for solving a range of cybersecurity use cases
- Performing company presentations in Discovery meetings
- Evaluating the satisfaction of prospects during POCs, and working closely with the Sales Engineering team on successful POC execution, communication and follow-up
- Gaining a firm understanding of SOCRadar pricing and available options
- Preparing the Quotes and similar documents needed in the sales process
- Keeping up with new product updates and being able to articulate new features to prospects and customers
- Coordinating with Sales Engineering and Customer Success colleagues to customers receive any needed technical support
- Preparing lists of potential customers (for cold mailing) using prospecting software provided
- Preparing strategic plans to achieve yearly targets
- Updating CRM information and documents daily for deals in your pipeline
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Submitting the relevant requests to the SOCRadar Marketing team for the partner's necessary marketing activities and following up the process
