Summary
Join Soligent, the largest pure-play solar distributor in the Americas, as a Regional Account Manager and be at the forefront of transforming how people use energy. You will generate new business and grow existing accounts within a specific geographic region. This remote role requires expert proficiency in NetSuite, MS Excel, Word, and CRM software, along with strong communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, acting as a liaison between customers and operations, and providing timely reports. Requirements
- Be expert in NetSuite, MS Excel, Word, and CRM software
- Demonstrate commitment to excellence and high standards
- Possess strong organizational skills; be able to manage priorities and workflow
- Have excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Show versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with colleagues and suppliers
- Demonstrate flexibility and innovation as a team player
- Be able to travel by plane or car (Up to 50%)
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business to meet specified sales goals
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships
- Respond to all customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Function as liaison between our customers and our operations staff
- Understand and communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients
- Possess and maintain thorough knowledge of solar industry product information
- Continually gather information on local competition and prevalent industry and business; communicate information to management and others as needed
- Ensure that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
- Provide timely and accurate reports as required
- Attend and participate in business/trade events that impact the business unit
- Attend and participate in team strategic sales meetings
