Summary

Join our employee-centric hybrid work environment as we seek a highly motivated and experienced wholesaler to strengthen existing advisor relationships, develop newer ones, and provide pro-active support to the National Sales VP, Annuity Distribution. This position will be responsible for traveling to existing relationships, fostering new ones, and meeting or exceeding sales plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, Business or Marketing preferred, or industry equivalent experience
  • Industry recognized designation preferred such as CLU, ChFC or CFP
  • 3+ years of wholesaling experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success in sales and/or marketing functions

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate thorough and in-depth knowledge of company products, practices, programs, and resources, as well as competitive landscape
  • Maintain successful business relationships with advisors through frequent communication and visitation
  • Attend in person sales activities which includes, but is not limited to: advisor/producer meetings, training seminars, agent conferences, back office training meetings, and/or appointments
  • Utilize company reporting and collaborate with sales team members to direct sales activity
  • Communicate key information to stakeholders as necessary to drive further sales engagement
  • Manage and prioritize competing activity requests across territory to drive annuity sales
  • Document activity and provide activity reports to sales leadership as needed
  • Manage travel and entertainment expenses. Complete accurate expense reports in a timely manner and identify areas for efficiencies
  • Contribute to and participate in various team calls and meetings focused on sales concepts, marketing, best practices, and professional development
  • Maintain F&G's strong culture of accountability and collaboration
