Summary

Join Twilio as our next Regional Director, Segment Enterprise Sales and lead our Enterprise Segment sales teams in EMEA. You will be responsible for leading a team of Segment Account Executives, driving opportunities through the sales cycle, and employing a solution-oriented sales methodology. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with experience in new logo acquisition and customer expansion, managing AEs, and executing GTM strategies. This role requires significant experience in quota-carrying sales and sales leadership, along with strong analytical and communication skills. The position is remote in the United Kingdom with approximately 25% anticipated travel. Requirements

  • 8+ years of quota carrying sales experience and 5+ years of direct sales leadership experience, selling primarily to enterprise accounts
  • Maintain a proven record of consistently exceeding quotas
  • Strategic enough to build a team, but tactical enough to execute on a day-to-day basis
  • Proficient in modern sales processes/methodologies
  • Proven experience in hiring, training, and retaining high performing AEs
  • Passionate about the marketing technology & data landscape
  • Excellent presence and proven ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong analytical skill with a deep understanding of forecasting & managing through data

Responsibilities

  • Help develop and execute strategy for massive growth of our sales team
  • Recruit, develop and enable a team of account executives
  • Oversee and ensure successful execution of strategic sales cycles
  • Engage at the executive level with a range of companies over 2000 employees looking to modernize their marketing and analytics tech stacks
  • Motivate individuals and team to exceed targets through coaching and mentorship
  • Accurately forecast the business
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Cultivate sales through a specialist design framework aligned with the Twilio generalist organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cross selling experience in IT, Marketing, Data, Analytics and Engineering
  • Business value selling experience
