Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of Venue Reps across the region using our timekeeping and attendance app, Deputy
  • Oversee weekly payroll reconciliation for all regional reps
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and ongoing management of the regional reps
  • Manage regional hardware, including setup, troubleshooting, and inventory control
  • Drive the development and execution of the rep affiliate program
  • Analyze venue timings and traffic flow to optimize operations
  • Foster a cohesive and unified culture that aligns with company values across all venues
  • Ensure merchandising standards are consistently upheld across all venues
  • Oversee inventory management for all assets, hardware, and merchandise
  • Develop and pilot new venue experience initiatives
  • Serve as the primary contact for venue leads and projectionists, ensuring regular communication
  • Provide weekend and evening support to venues and representatives via multiple communication channels
  • Ensure all venues are equipped with appropriate signage
  • Travel to venues for openings and provide on-site support
  • Build and maintain a strong bench of representatives capable of opening new venues
  • Weekend travel to open venues and train representatives most weekends
