Requirements
- 10-12 years of HR and mobility experience, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Country Manager
- Understanding UAE immigration structure: Federal vs. Emirate-level jurisdictions (MOHRE vs. GDRFA/ICP)
- Familiarity with Mainland (e.g., Dubai Economic Department), Free Zones (e.g., DMCC, DIFC, ADGM), and Offshore entities
- Awareness of key regulatory authorities (e.g., GDRFA, ICP, MOHRE, respective Free Zone authorities)
Responsibilities
- Overseeing capacity planning and workforce management across multiple regions ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment
- Provide detailed and accurate reporting to the Associate Director on regional performance, workforce management, and capacity planning
- Monitoring and ensuring the achievement of regional goals and OKRs
- Overseeing the final stages of hiring for key regional positions, including negotiation of job offers
- Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to Team Leaders
- Address and resolve complex escalated employee and client complaints, ensuring positive outcomes and consistent solutions
- Assisting with compliance and risk management activities related day to day operations
