Summary
Join Deel, a rapidly growing SaaS company, as a Regional Manager and strategically manage mobility operations within your assigned region. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in global immigration or mobility operations, ideally in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role
- In-depth knowledge of immigration regulations and processes across key regions
- Proven ability to develop and implement regional immigration strategies aligned with business goals and compliance standards
- Familiarity with corporate immigration policies, global mobility frameworks, and vendor management
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience advising senior leadership and collaborating with legal, HR, and compliance teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Overseeing capacity planning and workforce management across multiple regions ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment
- Provide detailed and accurate reporting to the Associate Director on regional performance, workforce management, and capacity planning
- Monitoring and ensuring the achievement of regional goals and OKRs
- Overseeing the final stages of hiring for key regional positions, including negotiation of job offers
- Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to Team Leaders
- Address and resolve complex escalated employee and client complaints, ensuring positive outcomes and consistent solutions
- Assisting with compliance and risk management activities related day to day operations
