Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in regional marketing or similar roles; experience in the short-term rental industry is highly preferred. Alternatively, experience in travel tech or SaaS marketing will also be positively valued
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. vacation rental or short-term rental market dynamics, rules and regulations, and key stakeholders
  • Proven record in developing and executing successful regional marketing strategies tailored to specific markets like the United States
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms), WordPress (or similar CMS platforms), and email tools
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills with experience using tools like Tableau or Google Analytics to track KPIs and inform decision-making
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences within the U.S. market while maintaining brand voice
  • Experience managing budgets effectively and negotiating with vendors/agencies for optimal value
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as influencers, associations, or local partners in the U.S. hospitality industry
  • Fluency in English is required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored regional marketing strategies aligned with Lodgify's global objectives and United States-specific goals
  • Plan and manage multichannel campaigns (content, email, PPC, social media) optimized for U.S. audiences to generate high-quality leads
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive positioning in the U.S. market
  • Work closely with our Performance team to manage and allocate regional marketing budgets to maximize ROI while staying within OPEX constraints
  • Collaborate with content teams to localize blog posts, guides, and marketing materials that resonate with American audiences while maintaining brand consistency
  • Build and nurture partnerships with local influencers, hospitality associations, tourism boards, and media outlets to expand Lodgify's presence in the U.S. market
  • Organize and represent Lodgify at regional events such as trade shows, webinars, and workshops tailored to short-term rental owners in the U.S
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., lead generation, CAC, ROI) using tools like Tableau or Google Analytics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, content) to ensure seamless execution of U.S.-specific marketing initiatives
  • Incorporate customer feedback from U.S. based users into marketing efforts and advocate for region-specific product enhancements with internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the vacation rental or hospitality technology sector within the U.S. market specifically
  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau for creating impactful reports or HubSpot/Salesforce for CRM management
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in the U.S. short-term rental industry and expertise in PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies
