Regional Sales Manager

Summary

Join ConnectWise as a Regional Sales Manager and develop strong relationships with strategic partners. Drive sales growth, manage revenue and sales activities, and collaborate with internal teams. Meet sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and provide excellent client service. Successfully implement key sales strategies and initiatives, resolve cases efficiently, and act as a liaison between teams. Requirements

• Must have an Entrepreneurial Spirit
• Thorough knowledge of the MSP/MSSP industry and IT Space
• Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of business management and remote monitoring technologies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
• Qualified references in our industry

Responsibilities

• May influence others within the Sales team through the explanation of facts, policies, and practices
• Supports contractual re-writes, Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) swaps/reductions, and credits
• Investigates billing Issues, escalations, and downgrades
• Serves as subject matter expert
• Provides timely reporting of KPI’s, escalations, and other key metrics
• Successfully implements key sales strategies and initiatives
• Resolves cases in a timely and complete manner
• Discovers root cause of an issue and implements solutions
• Acts as the liaison between the Account Management team and Support business units
• Works cross-functionally to drive outcomes and align with business owners/stakeholders
