Summary

Join GreyNoise Intelligence, a security startup, as a US DoD/IC Account Executive to drive sales efforts within the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. You will identify and close new business opportunities, grow key accounts, and represent GreyNoise as a trusted partner. This high-impact role demands technical skills, strategic sales execution, and federal domain expertise. Responsibilities include exceeding revenue targets, developing new business opportunities, conducting proofs of value, forecasting using CRM, representing GreyNoise at events, and navigating multi-stakeholder environments. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of cybersecurity sales experience in the US DoD or Intelligence Community, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and a strong understanding of the DoD/IC procurement lifecycle. A TS or above clearance is a plus. Requirements

  • 5+ years of cybersecurity sales experience in the U.S. DoD or Intelligence Community
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex federal environments
  • Strong understanding of the DoD/IC procurement lifecycle, including key contract vehicles
  • Familiarity with security tools like Threat Intelligence platforms, SIEM, SOAR, and TIP
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and influence technical and executive audiences
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup with minimal guidance

Responsibilities

  • Own the DoD/IC territory and exceed individual revenue targets
  • Identify and develop new business and expansion opportunities within DoD/IC
  • Conduct effective PoVs in partnership with Sales Engineering
  • Forecast accurately using CRM (HubSpot) and maintain strong sales hygiene
  • Represent GreyNoise at DoD/IC security and technology events
