Summary

Join Greenworks Tools as a Regional Sales Manager- West and play a key role in growing the Professional Products category. You will be responsible for developing sales within the Dealer channel market, leading the field sales team, and achieving gross and net sales targets. Collaborate with product management and marketing to represent customer needs in product development and marketing materials. This position requires strong industry knowledge of professional outdoor power equipment, understanding of independent servicing dealers, and the ability to work independently and build strong stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in field sales and OPE or OPE parts manufacturing. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in marketing, Business or another related field
  • 5+ years of experience working within an OPE or OPE Parts Manufacturer
  • 5+ years of field sales experience within an OPE or OPE Parts Manufacturer
  • Observe and detect details at close range
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
  • Climb stairs, stationary position (Sit/Stand 50% of time)
  • Position self by stooping, kneeling, transport, or position boxes weighing 5 -20 pounds or more
  • Operate office equipment including computers, copiers, and printers
  • Occasionally exposed to weather elements

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of this business segment and the achievement of assigned goals and objectives
  • Prospecting, lead generation, and acquisition of new accounts for Greenworks’ distribution within these business areas
  • Lead role within tradeshows and key marketing events within the channel
  • Work cross functional with other department such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure the success and customer satisfaction
  • Performs other duties as assigned
