Registered Behavior Technician

Summary

The job involves remote 1:1 or group instruction for students across the country, with flexible scheduling and hourly rates. The position requires RBT Certification (or BCBA with Master's degree and passing of BCBA exam), a Bachelor's degree, previous tutoring/teaching experience, and the ability to make learning fun and interactive.

Requirements

• Must be RBT Certified.* (*BCBA also accepted and Requires: Licensed by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (Master’s degree + passing of BCBA exam) - REQUIRED
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to pass a background check if required

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or group instruction to students all across the country
• Set own availability and change it at any time
• Set own hourly rate and negotiate on a per job basis
• Ability to make learning fun and interactive, with the focus of the tutoring often determined by student questions and comments

Preferred Qualifications

Previous tutoring/teaching experience highly preferred
