  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Skilled: You possess strong business acumen, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, solid written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills
  • Analytical: You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities (creative analytics) with the ability to stay on top of client and industry trends to understand market demand and competitive trends
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to work within multiple systems and platforms necessary for managing client campaigns, dashboard reporting, and sales funnel
  • Well-rounded: You have an aptitude for technology, along with a strong ability to prioritize and manage frequent demands from internal teams and multiple clients, experience dealing with all management levels within a company
  • Flexible: You manage change well, are a motivated self-starter with a team-player mentality, and can travel up to 20% (including a required all company trip)

Responsibilities

  • Provide a thorough Q/A for your assigned clients each month that is inclusive of creative reviews, Monday.com trackers, Salesforce accuracy and dashboard feeds
  • Support Account Directors in managing overall client relationships to drive satisfaction, growth, and product adoption while leveraging the Business Development lead as needed
  • Participate in agency calls and work to manage relationships while demonstrating effective communication skills between agencies and internal teams
  • Maintain a working knowledge of client’s business with a thorough understanding of the client's products/services, strategy/vision, needs, and challenges; documenting these and sharing with internal team
  • Working with clients to define measurable digital KPIs in which tie to their overall business objectives. Lead the internal teams to ensure recommendations, strategy, and performance are aligned to exceed client expectations
  • Develop client reporting/analytics (monthly/quarterly) telling a compelling story that highlights key insights, optimizations, and recommendations moving forward, all tying back to the client’s overall business objectives
  • Identify new up-sell and cross-sell sales opportunities within existing accounts via campaign/account data and collaborating with the internal team to meet an annual sales goal
  • Actively participating/supporting Account Directors with internal and external calls, including Kick-off (calls/emails to the dealers), Account Team, Sales team, and client calls
  • Articulating and demonstrating Goodway's value to clients, knowing the Goodway story and how to deliver on it during client calls
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Goodway's competitive positioning in the marketplace and how it fits with your clients’ known and unknown needs
  • Managing and solving conflicts both internally and externally with clients and internal teams
  • Support Account Directors by providing insights/ research allowing increased growth opportunities to generate wins
  • Be the in office go to person for clients as Account Directors travel. This includes sending reporting and programs, fielding client questions and calls, and updating all systems in real time as the Account Directors travel

What You’ll Do:

You will be responsible for working on various Multi-Location accounts with shared responsibility for overall client satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will report to the Senior Director of Multi-Location and work alongside Account Directors to develop a client contact cadence and be an internal point of contact for our clients to ensure we successfully meet client expectations. The list of job duties below is not exhaustive; we might need your amazing skill set for other tasks, projects, and initiatives.

You will be responsible for

  • Provide a thorough Q/A for your assigned clients each month that is inclusive of creative reviews, Monday.com trackers, Salesforce accuracy and dashboard feeds.
