Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Journalism, Communications or relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years in an Account Management or Project Management role
  • Impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through
  • Outstanding oral communication, written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Business-minded with the ability to negotiate the balance between company and client needs
  • Willingness and ability to actively contribute to VisionPoint’s culture

Responsibilities

  • Act as the owner of client relationships, taking the highest level of accountability for our client experience and proactively addressing client concerns
  • Establish project vision, support strategists and other subject matter experts in developing specific strategies, and lead the execution of these strategies as the project leader
  • As a trusted advocate/advisor for assigned client accounts, ensure that all work and deliverables are of the highest quality and ultimately help clients achieve their targeted business goals and objectives
  • Establish and strengthen relationships at multiple levels within client organizations, from senior leadership to our day-to-day client contacts, identifying and following through on opportunities, partnering with an Associate Director of Client Experience, to grow our partnerships
  • Prepare and participate in all major milestone presentations throughout the life of a project
  • Manage a variety of projects spanning our various offerings such as brand, enrollment marketing, CRM and consultative services
  • Use our project management software, Scoro, to set up, actively track, analyze, and optimize project plans against established KPI’s (pacing, profitability, etc.)
  • Facilitate project communications to keep client and internal teams informed as well as ready and able to execute
  • Establish agendas and run effective, informative project meetings both internally and externally
  • Develop and maintain timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure milestones are met
  • Plan and secure appropriate resources throughout the project lifecycle
  • Raise changes to scope, budget, and timing and manage/troubleshoot the impact of those changes as well as leading solutions to said changes
