Affiliate Manager

Summary

Join Decentralized Masters, a rapidly growing DeFi education company, as their experienced Affiliate Manager. You will be responsible for building their affiliate program from the ground up, developing and implementing strategies, managing relationships, and tracking performance to drive revenue growth. This role requires proven experience in building affiliate programs, particularly within the financial, DeFi, or blockchain industries, along with strong communication and data analysis skills. You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams and have the opportunity to lead a department and shape the company's affiliate marketing strategy. Requirements

• Proven experience building an Affiliate Marketing Program from the ground up
• Experience as an Affiliate Manager in Financial, DeFi, blockchain industries
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, metrics, and tools
• Excellent communication skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks to lead a department

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, assisting their efforts and maintaining relationships to ensure their success
• Develop and implement strategies for email, ad, influencer, etc. affiliate opportunities for a new affiliate program
• Analyze affiliate performance to find improvement opportunities and implement strategies to enhance campaigns and ROI
• Monitor key metrics and KPIs, prepare and present regular performance reports
• Work closely with the founders and internal teams like marketing and sales to align strategies with company goals, coordinate with the team to build campaigns and provide affiliates with marketing materials
• Oversee creation and execution of campaigns, including promotions and product launches
• Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations
