Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in iGaming
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with partners
  • English level B2 or higher
  • Strong analytical mindset to evaluate traffic quality and optimize campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Attract and retain affiliate partners (SEO, PPC, ASO, FB, etc.) through proactive outreach
  • Search for new partners via industry forums, social media, and conferences
  • Track and analyze performance indicators for each partner: conversion rates, traffic quality, and KPI fulfilment
  • Participate in international conferences and industry events
  • Collaborate with internal teams for effective marketing campaigns
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify new partnership opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • An active database of affiliates targeting Tier-1 is a plus
  • Experience using affiliate platforms (e.g., Affilka, Affise, or similar) is a plus
