  • Proven track record in optimizing affiliate relationships for peak performance and achieving significant channel growth
  • Skilled in managing and allocating budgets effectively to maximize returns
  • Knowledgeable about marketing regulations and content compliance, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical marketing practices
  • Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms and tools, including data analytics tools like Google Analytics, for strategy development
  • Strong negotiation abilities for establishing beneficial partnership terms

Responsibilities

  • Lead the process of providing regular reports on campaign performance
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive strategic roadmap for the affiliate marketing program
  • Manage negotiations and communications with affiliates, focusing on campaign strategies and commission structures to ensure mutually beneficial arrangements
  • Analyze keywords, web traffic, and market trends to develop and refine affiliate marketing strategies based on data and analytics
  • Ensure effective communication between different teams, such as technical, creative, and marketing, to guarantee cohesive strategy execution
  • Consistently review reporting data and insights obtained from partners to identify strategic improvement opportunities
  • Take full responsibility for the performance of the affiliate channel. Present findings and proposed strategies to senior leaders. Lead the forecasting, roadmap development, and goal-setting processes for the affiliate channel

Preferred Qualifications

E-commerce industry is a super plus (also if you come from high-performance agencies / in-house marketing teams)
