Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Proven experience in affiliate development within the crypto industry, specifically in the Netherlands region
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics and regulations in the Netherlands region
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Dutch crypto industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players, to make informed business decisions
- Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, including crypto enthusiasts, influencers, and crypto-school / courses, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our network
- Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on creating content, increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels
- Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with affiliates, ensuring their needs are met and aligning their strategies with our business objectives for mutual growth
- Initiate and participate in meetings with partners, exploring opportunities to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships, both locally and internationally
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from the product department, providing valuable market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users
- Stay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends, utilizing this knowledge to refine our strategies, maintain a competitive edge, and capitalize on market gaps
