Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics and regulations in the Netherlands region

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Dutch crypto industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players, to make informed business decisions
  • Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, including crypto enthusiasts, influencers, and crypto-school / courses, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our network
  • Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on creating content, increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels
  • Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with affiliates, ensuring their needs are met and aligning their strategies with our business objectives for mutual growth
  • Initiate and participate in meetings with partners, exploring opportunities to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships, both locally and internationally
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues from the product department, providing valuable market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users
  • Stay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends, utilizing this knowledge to refine our strategies, maintain a competitive edge, and capitalize on market gaps
